The brief

Halden’s ads looked beautiful and cost too much per order. The founders wanted to know whether to cut the budget or change the ads.

What I did

I rebuilt the account around three ideas instead of eleven, made a close‑up of the serum’s texture the main shot in every story, and moved half the budget to people who had watched a full video.

Each week one new ad replaced the weakest one, so the account never tested more than three things at once.

Results

31% lower cost per order in six weeks on the same budget. The texture story ran longest and brought 44% of orders.

What I learned

The product shot nobody liked in the review was the one that sold. I now test the ads the brand team dislikes too.

Noor told us which ads to stop paying for in the first week. That alone paid for the project.
